Why this, why now
Discipleship is not a course to complete. It is a journey to share.
Around the world, millions of believers, especially in cultures where Christianity is perceived as foreign, are hungry for community, scripture, and encouragement to follow the Messiah in their own language and context.
Journey Together is being created to meet that need: a cross cultural, app based discipleship experience rooted in the book of Acts, designed to connect people across nations so they can grow in faith, creativity and courage, together.
The route
Journey Together starts with a host from your own culture, a believer speaking your language, walking the path of questions and discovery. From there you join a circle of six companions from different nations, and travel city by city through the story of Acts.
Cities 01 to 03 · Phase 1, in production
The first three cities establish the roots and fruits of the gospel, the identity of new believers, and our relationship with the Trinity and with fellow believers. Six hosts gather in one place to explore the beginning of the story of Acts.
Cities 04 to 11 · Phase 2
These cities track the story through Acts and delve into how it shapes our lives as disciples today. Each is presented by one or two of the hosts we met in the first phase.
Cities 12 and 13 · Phase 2
The last two cities carry the story from the end of Acts to the present day, with a non Western focus. The hosts reassemble to reflect on their journey and look to the promise of the Heavenly City in Revelation.
Phase 1 covers the first three cities, the six host shoot and the app platform, for release in early 2027.

The experience
Not a list of lessons. A world you travel through.
We are building Journey Together as an app for web and mobile: simple, beautiful and accessible anywhere. You enter a city, walk its districts, and stop at places where scripture, story, film and conversation are waiting.
With tools for community built in, it is designed for gathering, in groups, one to one, or online. A circle of six companions from different nations travels the same city at the same time, so the questions you wrestle with are shared, not solitary.
Six strategic languages
Every language has a native presenter in the videos, alongside full translation and voiceover, so the journey feels familiar from the very first word. In Farsi you will meet a sister from Iran. In Arabic, perhaps a brother from Beirut.
We hope to localise Journey Together into more languages once it is complete.
The heart of it
God has always been a living community of love. To follow the Messiah is to be welcomed into that love, discovering faith not as an idea to study, but as a life to share.
Journey Together is committed to a Trinitarian, Christ centred emphasis, helping new believers grow into life with the Father, through the Son, in the power of the Spirit.
Our project plan
The first three cities form the foundations of the journey. We gather six hosts together in one place to explore the beginning of the story of Acts. In this phase we also build the app platform to host the content and connect believers as they journey together.
Estimated release: Early 2027
Cities four to eleven track the story through Acts and go deeper into daily discipleship, each presented by hosts we met in Phase 1. Cities twelve and thirteen carry the story from the end of Acts to the present day, closing on the promise of the Heavenly City.

We have already begun to write scripts, train the hosts, build production teams, create animations and develop the first version of the app. With your help we can see this resource launched in six languages.

Twenty years of groundwork
Journey Together is being created by the team behind Al Massira, The Journey: an open place to walk with the prophets and meet the Messiah. So far over 20,000 people have been trained to lead groups, and Al Massira is now used in 65 nations and 46 languages worldwide. The app for the first course has been downloaded in 160 countries and counting.
